Hello!Anyone of you know the painting tecnique of "Bauernmalerei",that's to say the farmer Painting? It is a lovely tecnique originated in the Alpine regions of Germany,Switzerland and Austria..You can see something by searching some works on google... I'm trying to learn it and reproduce it on tiles, cutter boards and so on and I've uploaded some pics here :) Anyway,if you know it,could you tell me if there are Bauer-books? Thanks in advance!!

Damn! Hardworkinggurl said it before I could. Anyways, first of all, Bauernmalerei sounds really very weird. The first half of the word sounds German and the last half sounds Swiss. No wonder its from Germany+Switzerland+Austria. And don't ask me to watch the pics you've uploaded. When I am on your profile, it's only your profile pic that I'm gonna look at. Okay? http://www.flipkart.com/ http://www.bavarianfolkart.com/related_books.htm http://www.amazon.com/Bauernmalerei-Folk-Art-Europe-Tummel/dp/0743204557 Thanks. God bless you.
