what do you think about batik

batik is our culture...batik is our identity as nation...i see in portal news, indonesia had many type or kind of batik... like batik banyumas, batik purwokerto, batik toraja, batik lampung, batik kalimantan, batik solo, batik yogyakarta and so on.. wow... i think we must proud of this indonesia product... what do you think guys?

Hi nophie, glad to find you write about batik. All Indonesian people must be proud of batik. UNESCO has recognized that batik belongs to Indonesian. The award was given directly by Unesco in ABu Dhabi, October 2, 2009. Today is National Batik day, our President invite all Indonesian people to wear batik every October 2.

it makes me proud of it.. may government do something for prevent batik in our country and make aware for many indonesian to use batik daily (if dont mind)..

I am very proud with the work of Indonesia. Especially batik. Batik is Beautiful and unique. No wonder if Malaysia wanted to steal batik from Indonesia. Hopefully batik will remain the pride of Indonesia.

ya indah...we must proud of our lovely country...not because batik..but many factors why we must proud of indonesia.. many of other countries always and try to steal it...
