What is traffic exchange on Clicksia?

So even though Clicksia pay is abysmally low, I figure I'll reach the pay out and just get out of there. My question is, now that I've run out of ads to view, what are the traffic exchange ads and credits? Do those convert to money or are they completely useless to me?
