My niece always want ice cream

Well my daughter is also like same every time she wanted ice cream only and dont want to eat food...then what we did ...we brought full box of vanilla icecream cups (small cups) and without asking here every time we started giving her ice cream now she got bored with the ice cream and she said no I dont want ..I want some other thing but not ice cream.

what I told that thing works because my daughter is just 4 year old and at this age she wont understand what are we doing with her...but this is true it works.

You can do 2 things, spoil them or be tough on them. If they pout that much for a simple ice cream, I'd say they're getting too spoiled already. Kids need boundaries, that's our responsibility as adults to help these kids become proper adults and kids need to learn they can't get everything they want. I let my kids know that everyday. My kids are even saying they hate me because of that, but they still need to understand. Kids get over things pretty easily. In a few hours your niece will forget about the ice cream thing. You just need to keep being tough but loving.
