What is the strangest thing you have ever eaten?

As the title asks, what is the strangest thing you have ever eaten? Have you eaten food that turned bad a long time ago? Or maybe you have eaten something else, such as a plastic button or a coin?
When I try to think of the strangest thing I have eaten, I would probably say it has to be ants when I was very young. It's kind of funny now that I think about it, but me and my best friend would watch a colony of small ants walking up and down a wall carrying food. They were in fact quite clever really. Anyway, we began daring eachother to eat them, and we both did. We would eat about 3 from our fingers at a time xD
You may think it's sick, and I do now too, but we were young and didn't know any better. It's not a common thing really to tell kids not to eat ants, it's just common sense I guess, but we had none at that age :)

the strangest thing??? hmm let me think, when i was in thailand i was tryin cocroaches.
in my area they eat a lot of cow and stuff from it, kinda discussting tastes aswell the tongue of a cow.
there is so many bad stuff i was eating i will add for sure later more

Two things came to mind when I read your post. When I was a child, my uncle worked on the boats. He came home once with chocolate covered ants and I ate one before even knowing what I was eating. The other thing that I ate was years later when someone convinced me to try alligator. Don't know what possessed me to do so. It wasn't bad but not anything that I would try again.

Lol, chocolate covered ants? :) That is definately strange yeah, but I guess you would taste the chocolate and it wouldn't really matter that much that they were ants. Alligator doesn't sound too bad though :) I would probably eat almost anything like that, though I didn't know that people ate alligators.

the worst thing i have ever eaten was a spider.
But everybody eats spiders, Some might not even know, because its in your sleep.
When at night spiders are active, they are searching for some dark and moisture place to be, well, that is your mouth. they walk into your mouth when you sleep, and you will think it tickles on your tongue and you just eat it.
