Do you have a Network Traffic limit in your workplace?

Hi, my friends! I left myLot and posted nothing the other day. The reason is I did reach the network traffic limit in my school. We can only use 2GB internal network traffic and 1GB international traffic for free and have to pay for RMB0.1 per every exceeded MB. So I have to reduce my online activity to avoid a large internet bill. What about you? Did you have to reduce using Internet because of traffic limit?

I have broadband with no limits, and yes I do pay uyp the nose for it, but I had no choice the building where I live, something about the fibers we cannot use regular high speed so we are stuck with broadband. I do appreciate it as it seems, I have never given thought to limits. So I suppose I am fortunate, although when I have to pay the monthly bill I do not feel fortunate.

Yes, our choice is limited by the building we are living in, and sometimes it can be really annoyed. Some Internet service providers are practically monopolize the market in a particular place, customers don't have alternative choices.

Here in my school there are no limits. I think they have 5 mb internet. Not bad for a school but universities have over 120 mb sometimes. Pretty cool. The computers in our school are full of viruses so I prefer not to use them

I used to have unlimited but when I went back to UK before, I had to cancel my account so I don't have to keep paying to keep my account active. I'm now only having 6GB and once I reach that, my speed will automatically get reduced, but i can still use the Internet, it is just it's too slow. I'm not really interested in buying an extra GB to make the speed faster because it is really expensive. I'm on mobile broadband by the way :) Have a nice day my friend.
