The malacanang palace is giving Pnoy a passing mark on his first 100-day test as the president of the Philippines, on the contrary, the communist party of the Philippines is giving him a failing mark, and cited 10 issues claiming that the Aquino government is incompetent.
As a Filipino citizen, how would you rate Pnoy’s 100-day test being the Philippine President?

For me I would that Pnoy, is better enough than the previous administration by then President Gloria, that instead of Glory, being experience here in our country. It make this country like hell...
You know, my friend. Those rebel under the communist party of the philippines, is a failure not the president. Because instead they help the president, to attain peace so that our country, will pursue a development. Because we can't attain development without peace and one basic reason for our poverty is rebellion...
They always criticize the government, but never help the government plan for development to make every Filipino, having a good jobs...
What they do to improve our country, nothing?
They have representative in the congress, but what those representative to improve their lives. Look at those people saying representing marginalize sector include cpp...their representative is now rich, but those people under is always in the street to strike, to rally...?

When I mention it, my friend. I didn't sum up for years to come for pnoy. But look on the previous administration compare to that 100 days...Isn't better to see that most of the Filipino, have more confidence in such a little time where the previous administration, was filled with controversies and anomalies before former President Gloria took office...
Have a nice day!

I would give him a passing rate. That is for his courage to take the blame during the hostage taking in Quirino Grandstand. About the Communists, they never liked the President regardless of who is seated. They just want to take over the country and until they do that they will still hate the President

I would be surprised if malacanang gave him a failing grade and the communist a passing grade. Its what they are that its not even news anymore. I really dont know how will I grade Pnoy I personally think he is doing what he can so A for effort I would give him more time maybe next year.

Everyone has an opinion but we have to consider whom the rating came from.. It might be the government critics or the fanatics..
Whatever or whoever rates our president, whether high or low, we have to remember that he has seated at the office because he has been elected so we have to accept his failures and success.

I have been here in the Philippine since birth and have seen and experienced life under the leadership of different presidents. Haven't heard any good remarks from the communists ever since. It's easy to criticize but it would be better that when one criticizes, he/she should recommend for a solution as well. A solution that can be materialized and be implemented for the betterment of our country. There are just groups which are being created and whose tasks are just to look for the flaws and complain endlessly about the management of the administration whoever the president may be. Sigh.

First of all, let me say that it is natural for Malacanang to give PNoy a passing grade. It is equally normal for the Communist Party to give him a failing grade because they hate everybody except themselves.
I'll give PNoy a not so high grade of 80%, mainly because, I can feel his sincerity to really root us out of our present system. Unfortunately for him, there were events that really tested him and he was found wanting.

We have to look at where the ratings came from. First the CPP NPA is considered an enemy of the state so i wouldn't expect any better as far as how they rate the president. Second, we also have to think what are the good things or qualifications the CPP has and why people are giving weight on how they rate the president. As one of the poster above mentioned, The NPA now is just nothing but a bunch of disillusioned people who can't do anything good except to take people who run up to mountains after being hunted by the authorities for crimes committed and to burn cellcites if revolutionary taxes are not paid, sounds like parasites really. That said, i don't think the president would even care about the ratings they gave him.
