punlonnjack it has a week since you posted this and I just wanted to add, it is quite lonely especially when friends are not there for us. I too have had a loss but in a different way. It makes me feel that unless I have money I am not worthy of friendship. No calls or texts as before, as if I dropped off the planet.
My faith gets me through most days and hope carries me through the nights. I hope things get better for you and I will be praying for both of us.

Well depression is common in this busy world..though its bitter fact. So dont take it emotional to heart and try to come out. Please dont give up confidence, there is always a new spring!. Do yoga, you will feel a great heal and confidence. God bless you friend! Things will be better soon.

I feel like this when my husband goes to work and it is just me and the baby. I get very lonely, but my family is busy and I don't like calling friends when I feel sad because my friends all see me as this happy, perky person (I'm bipolar) and I don't want them to learn differently. I never feel like leaving the house because I am very anxious around strangers, even if it's just at the mall. Usually I try to get busy writing, cleaning, or playing with the baby to keep my mind off it, but it doesn't always work. Usually once I get something accomplished, I feel better about myself, which allows me to accomplish more, and sets up some good momentum for the day.
Good luck!
