Windows 7 Updates fail, what should I do?

Hi, mylotters. In the past few days, once I start my computer, it leads me to the Windows 7 update page. And for 10 minuters or so, the progress of updating is still 0%. Finnaly, it says the updates fail. It's so frustrating, you see, because every time I start my computer, it takes me more than 10 minutes. Have you been through this? What should I do? Thanks in advance for your suggestion.
