Can we still make this world a peaceful place?

Looking at the anarchy and turmoil throughout our planet which is increasing day by day. Can we still hope for some miracle leading to normalcy returning back to earth or is it the end of time? Please share your views

World peace, seem to be very difficult to materialize, because the inhabitants of the world are always concerned with the ego, feels most right, feel the most powerful, and other selfish traits. Peace will come true, if the bad qualities that are not owned by the inhabitants of this world. We can only hope a miracle comes.
