Can you tell me which of these or if all of these are legit or just scam? Because some offer higher rate that sounds good to be true.

Check the FAQ.
They're not necessarily scams, but rather revenue sharing sites, where you earn a percentage of the earnings for that month.
Revenue shares are complicated sites and it's best to stay away from them as the earnings can be less than regular paying sites.
I've been on a few of them and found that the earnings were lousy. There were even times that I didn't get paid from these sites, and that's disappointing.
Be wary of them.

Thanks kris, same here my friend, it happened many times that I wasted so many time on those scam sites, which made me so sad that time. But all right, still some sites we can earn with. Just be aware with them!
