Why do you listen to music?

I love listening to music because it seems to be my own little personal internal soundtrack. I love music because I'm such a creative person and want to be very expressive. My music is a little weird at times but I still love it the same, you know you have songs that aren't your favorite but for some reason they are still on your ipod. Putting my ipod on shuffle really seems to change the way I view my music because every song just seems to be so much different than the one I just listened too.
Music defines me as a person and it the sculptor of my personalty.

I agree with everything that you said. I listen to music all the time because not only does it make me feel better but it makes me forget about problems that I may have. Music to me is like reading a book, where I can just go to another place and not have to worry about anything. It's like an out of body experience for me and there are times when I zone out listening to music.

Love the last line dear....
Seems you are born for music. Do you sing also? I also love hearing songs. Refreshes me, gives me energy to tackle something. If the song suits and goes well with the mood then i would probably do almost anything. I have been hearing songs from 10pm and now it's almost 5am in the morning!
Cheers!
