Listening to music has been my favorite way of relaxation and getting rid of the stresses of the day. That very much helps the mental as well as physical health, I would say. My favorite music for that is classical music. Classical music, slow and smooth certainly is the best for mental relaxation, atleast for me any way. People will of course have different preferences.

That’s really true in my case. I can work better with some music in the background especially if I like the songs. We don’t have music at work so it’s really not working in my case but once out of the office, one thing I like to do is listen to the music especially before I go to sleep.

Hi, clairekorea Welcome to myLot. It is possible that this works for adults as well as for babies - at least music can make us feel a lot better.

i ever heard about this, music can helps in improving our brain ability, but not all kind of music i mean just for some specific music that can do this. I ever read an article that say we only use about 2% of our brain ability in our life and some specific music can maximize our brain ability, this method will work well for human under 15 years old, actually human brain have an amazing ability that human don't know.I already tried it,but it wasn't work well for me but for people under 15 it will work well, they can even read a book with a closed eyes.
