You say it is a mess but you do not say why or how? Tell us more. Is it a marriage gone bad, just broke up or work? If there is someone you can talk to, that is a good start. Just remember, you are not alone in this world if you just ask for the help you need.

Although you don' elaborate on why you feel that your life is a mess, I can imagine that part of the way you feel is due to a feeling of losing control over things that you feel you should be in control of. When this happens to me, I try to step back and figure out what I truly have the ability to change about my life and what I can do to make things better. More often than not, I find that if I prioritize things in my life and take things one step at a time, it all works out in the end.

How specifically is it a mess? I am not trying to be cruel, but I know from years of experience with bipolar disorder that sometimes you feel like everything is terrible, even though it is not. It is often hard to see the reality, but if you encourage yourself to think about specifics, you can find the one or two things that are really bothering you and making you feel like your life is a mess. Discovering what is really bothering you is the first step to fixing it. If you don't feel like sharing everything here you can add and pm me. I have tried a lot of strategies for getting through moods like this over the years, and I have handled a lot of crap.
