What are the most important elements you think in work? 1,honest 2,cooperative 3,work hard 4,others?

Most important for me is "love of one's work" why? If one loves his/her work, there will be less problems because if one likes what he/she is doing the difficulties encountered will not be a big deal.

Yeah, very agree with you! If all of us do our own work well, then these can be integrated to a good entity, and the company can develop and operate healthy. but additional thinking is that we can make more communications with each other and help each other. So the most important element in the work for me is that everyone works hard and cooperative with your colleague.
