How do you enjoy life?

A very difficult questions for me. Suddenly i realized I haven't done anything to enjoy life lately. What can make me enjoy life is going to a beautiful beach. Snorkeling, watching the beautiful corals under the sea and the fish in different colors passing by. Riding a bicycle also makes me enjoy life. But I'm not doing any of these now a days. :(
