I am on a site and they pay to web money accounts only and i have one now just for that site do you know if or how I can get it out of my web money account and put it in my pay pal account.

I do not believe there is a legal way to do this. You can always try to find someone with a paypal who needs money in their webmoney account, but I am not sure if that is the safest thing to do either. I assume you can not take your webmoney account and link it with your bank account, or are there fees attached with doing that? I like to stick with just paypal paying aites.

Better you contact support or FAQ of webmoney website they will guide you right way.
