My referral is missing in CashGopher..No answer for my support ticket...Grrrr...

I referred a friend of mine to cashgopher through facebook. He also confirmed that he downloaded and installed the software. But my referral count didn't increase. I also sent a support ticket to the admin, but it's silent for over 10 days.
It's just frustrating whether to promote or not. (I'm afraid that I'll lose my money if there is a bug in the system, so I have stopped all my promotions.)
Should there be any bug in the referral system? Did this happen to you any of you?

Thats strange.. i never got this problem. I mean i haven't refer anyone personally yet.. but i do promoting online. And till now i got 11 referrals from it and my earnings is increasing all day. May be your friend haven't used your referral link properly... :)

hmm.. thats strange that ur referral count didnt increase.. maybe the person that u referred hasnt used or earned anything from the cash gopher program yet, so maybe thats why ur earnings havnt increased from ur referral. i hope the problem gets solved soon

No..my friend used my link only and installed the software. May be he didn't earn anything, but my referral count has to increase.
The bad thing is I didn't get any answer for my support ticket.

I had the issue with referrals not reflecting in my account but it was bug from there side and was fixed last month with update earning..maybe your friend didn't used your referral link or he just missed it ..try to contact cashgopher again in couple of days..if its bug they will fix it.
