Hello, there and welcome in myLot! If you was tired,is a normal thing to sleep so much(it's so much, indeed lol). But if you sleep 10 or 11 hours every night ,that maybe you have a problem:maybe you work too much or something like that.I know that an adult needs 8-9 hours for sleep and, also, sleep before midnight is better than sleep late, even you'll sleep same numbers of hours! Have a nice day!

Thanks for the advice. I'm just so tired all the time i feel like i'm sleeping my life away lol and i'm only 19! i shouldn't be sleeping this much. my boyfriend says it's bad for the human body to sleep that much all the time. but i'm just not sure. :(

Whenever I'm tired and the weather is cold, I slept for around 12 hours and sometimes after waking up I feel good. I got the chance to recharge my energy and prepare myself for work again.

well it depends on your lifestyle. if you work like a horse all day and you sleep that way its normal, since the body needs to regenerate more (through sleep) if you work a lot. but if you dont do anything in the day and sleep for long long hours it may indicate diabetes.

I can't agree with more. 7 hours sleeping is best for human beings according to some scientist and you should keep good mood and good health. If we have a regular life with enough rest ,we can have good quality of sleeping.

More than enough. 8 hours is advisable. Lack of sleep, the result would be shorter life.
