wow. that's great incus.. thanks for sharing in addition.. I guess if a person is contented with everything he or she have, then that person has reasons to be happy in life.. Contentment = Happiness
When I was younger I get angry and irritated easily.. But as time went on and my age added up, I have learned a lesson that less anger means less troubles.. So I am avoiding it now.. If things don't go the way I wanted it, I won't react to it that much, instead think of positive reasons behind all of this..

Thanks for sharing this wonderful secrets to achieve contentment in life.. I believe these are true and will try my best to do those things for the better..
I guess that if one loves money more than he loves people, he becomes greedy instead.. Riches are just material things that can make us feel the comfort of life, but, if we die, we don't get to carry them with us, so why love money and possession? Instead, love humanity..
If we keep on comparing ourselves to others, there will only be jealousy and envy, and being envious isn't a healthy attitude. Just try build a good character instead of watching others and comparing ourselves to them..
If we learn to appreciate things we have, we often end up being happy and contented because there is no way that we may feel low compared to other people. Appreciate yourself, appreciate the things you have, and the people who loves you.. It will make you happy..
Friends does a very big part on our life.. Choose good friends and you'll end up being good also.. As a saying goes.. Birds of the same feathers flock together. Might as well choose friends who'll provide you with positive outlooks in life..
And of course, we all have spiritual needs.. Learn to pray, and most specially trust in Him, because I know He will do the rest.. We may never expect things to go our way, but He will make sure it will for as long as you work hard for it and have faith in Him..

I guess this is part of loving others - it is better give than receive..
"...I have been a constant example of how you can help those in need by working hard. You should remember the words of the Lord Jesus: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’" Acts 20:35 (New Living Translation)
Giving to others - whatever it is that they need, gives us happiness in return. We sometimes need to give material and practical help but if others have what they need for the day: The best thing we can give is spiritual gifts.

Hi! That's some nice concepts. My secret to contentment: live a simple life, know what makes you happy and do it, always pray and go to church, be grateful to what you have and learn to value your loved ones.
