striving so hard but lose at the end

sometimes even though we give our best to achieve something, we end up losing. when we thought we are good enough but in the end we will know that our best wasn't good enough. during these times of difficulties, how do you gain your courage to stand and move on? :D

Yeah your right some times if we strive hard but in the end we lose, It makes me disappointed. But then I will tell my self maybe it is not yet the time for me to achieve that things or that goals.
