but need to change the way we eat,the things we do everyday and the way we think about how the way we looks.it is radical change and must be permanent.no temporary diet and fad programs!we need to eat healthy food,get a right rest,exercise regularly,stress free,be happy and enjoy life!make this a part of your everyday life!!

you are absulotely right., to become a physical fit person we need those all things, we need to have a healthy life style like eating a nutritious food and have a proper exercise, to prevent illness and to look younger.=

I certainly agree that excersize is very important for keepng healthy. I feel so tired and exhausted after long hours at work. Whenever I get the time, after getting back home, I go out to the park near my house, and go jogging. That's my favourite way of excersize.

It is true that exercise keeps us healthy, but with exercise, we must have right mentality, proper thinking, good sleeping habits, hygiene, keeping the surrounding clean, be always happy and avoid the food rich in spices, heavy oils and fats. These are the elements that can make all the efforts go in vain. The most important of all these is to be happy and have load of energy, These will surely help us keep ourselves fit and fine
