ive been a mother for almost 9 years now. and theres been a lot of bad publicity.. ehehe well a lot of people think that being a mother is the worst job there is.. not to be paid in workin 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for me its not work, it is a responsibility, a dedication.. i guess a lot of people has been giving such bad publicity because of all the first years of being a mother. well it started from being pregnant. yes it was not easy at all. carrying a baby inside you. first 3 months were the vomiting months, the 2nd 3 months were the getting fat part, and the 3rd 3 months were the gettng to be a sumo wrestler part eheh!! and the best is the crowning part! where the pain is felt all over.. gosh!! but uknow what guys, everything vanishes after seeing a cute little baby, so little and so helpless.. its a lot if u just think about it.. that little thing is being trusted to you. its just so amazing! well after that theres going to a be a lot of sleepless nights, diaper changing, little baths, little food, little dresses to be worn and washed. ehehe little things that means so much to me.. as a mother. Even with a lot of things to do, theres also a lot of satisfying feeling. watching the baby coo, sleep so comfortably, talk to you in words that no one can imagine, holding those little hands and feet, and those baby smells that no perfume can match. I would say that i love to be a mother. after that would be preschool years of unending walk and climbing the highest part of the house. ehehe no one would beat that also! a lot of scratches and bumps would make a baby cry where he/she can learn the first experiment in their lives.. eheh then the most difficult years is about to come.. the disciplining... if i were to choose, i would like a baby not to grow.. eheh its a bit easier than to discipline a child who is in his school age! then the teenage years, where being a mother is neglected.. and being a friend is a far more better approach. being a mother is a lifetime job. theres a lot of problems encountered but i would never exchange it for anythng in this world. I love to be the mother of my children again and again and again.... until the nth time... if theres such a thing! :)

Hi, I agreed with you, being a mother is a hard task and I myself has experienced it now and only I knew, how tiring is my mother taking care of me and my siblings(the 4 of us). I am so grateful that my mother has brought me up and now,it my turn to raise up my son. On my first pregnancy, I am totally have no experience and lucky I have a good mother in law at my side. After that 9 months pregnancy was over, it came to delivery time and I have to suffer the contraction and till now, I am still phobia when talking about delivery. Then came the arrival of my son...he is everyone' s previous. My sleepless night started once we back home from hospital. I learnt how to carry a baby, change diaper, bath a baby, feeding, etc. Not easy definitely ,but I manage to handle it well. Now , my son is 3.5 years old and he has reached his toddler ages. It is time for his education concern and I have to be his home teacher while we are at home. We are having fun time playing and learning together. The more I concern about is my son's health. I really wish he will stay healthy forever. Everytime when my son fall sick, I will be getting a sleepless night and everyday full of worries. Lastly, I would like to say, I really enjoy my motherhood.

I agree there is nothing better than being a mother. Sure there are bumps along the way but it is great. My daughter is only three but she has already taught me so much. I never knew I could love some one so much and be so protective of her. I am already dreading the preschool years what am I to do all day with her in school a few hours, yes I know that I will have plenty to do but I do it all with her right now. It will be strange but I know that she will love it. Just wait after being a mom you might be blessed with being a grandma which seems like a pretty cool gig too. Your right it is not a job it is a responsibility and honor to be a mom.
