What are some ideas for a 1 year old birthday party at home? For about 65+ guests. Like food games etc...

Congratulations! I'm betting that creating this birthday party is part of a series of stresses that the baby has given to you. For the party style, it all depends if there are any kids attending or if there's a few children coming. I'm not the best at organizing parties but one tip for you, give your baby a piece of cake :)

Hi,
SInce it is your child's 1st birthday party at home, you
may want to make it look grant and nice to every guests.
You can cater some foods from restaurant which they will
provide the plates, cup and utensils. So it definitely save
your trouble to buy all those things.
Of course, you can set up some games for the kids to play
with,so that the whole party looks stunning and everyone
will enjoy it.
Set up some birthday packs for the guests(get some biscuits, sweets, small
souvenirs) tag with thank you card at the packs. They looks simple
and nice.
Do some nice decoration for the birthday and get some music play along the
party.
Order a nice birthday cake for your child...get his/her favourite cartoon
character.
If your town has an event organizer, you can use their service and they
are able to arrange everything for you.
For my son's 1st birthday party, I just treated my family member for
a dinner at restaurant,it is best not to do it at home...as it will
be in mess and the cleaning part is the worst for me.
As long as everyone is happy and enjoy the party, I am very happy too.

Keep it easy. Toddlers tire quickly with lots of people and excitment, and, in my experience, don't appreciate organized games as much as they do chasing balloons and making their own fun. Ar eyou wanting to do a full meal, or just appetizers/desserts?
