During my college years we staged a protest rally because of tuition fee hike but not against school administration its against the local mayor who promised us that he will support our university but right after election he claimed that there's no funds available to support us and the only way to go is tuition fee hike. Im kind of half hearted with the whole protest thing but at that moment I feel like if we didnt march on the street they will not even take us seriously. Settlement took place not everything we want happened but at least some of the issue was settled. But in general I'm still not too keen with marching in the street and causing traffic jam. So whats your take on protesters and have you at one point in your life went to the street and protested and if not what will make you cry in protest??

I AM NOT GOING TO CAST A VOTE for the next elections. some people i believed would protest as to cover up their guilt in supporting this candidate. of course, it's another reason for them to make the politician change his mind. while in the campaign, politician would do anything to get your vote. and disregard you once he or she is in the office. they wouldn't be realistic during the campaign. then, that's when the problems strikes when they win. I wouldn't protest. others are doing that already.

are you talking about the barangay election? I know what you mean, even though I have much respect to our school administrator their decision to be biased during election was a big mistake. Politicians will say anything to get a vote. Its my first and probably my last protest rally I just felt I owe it to the school and its students to participate. Actually i just worked in the background i was the official cook. I also learned something how all these protesters works. I'm happy that the issue was settled fast enough because there are outsiders that's already trying to recruit some of the students to protests even outside school jurisdiction.
