Does anyone know how to lose weight instantly? or the best way to lose weight? Need help because I am gaining and gaining weight right now .

It's impossible to lose weight "instantly" but what you can do is make an instant decision to change your fitness and dietary habits to align with your fitness goal of wanting to lose weight. Cut out high-fat, high-sugar and processed foods and replace them with whole, natural foods high in protein with a moderate amount of complex carbohydrates and healthy fats. Start a beginner's exercise routine with a focus on improving your cardio but also, even light weight training will help you to lose weight. Muscle weighs more than fat, sure, but the more muscle you have the more calories your body will burn fighting to maintain that muscle tissue.

Hello..starrm..Wow, it is amazing comment and I like that my friend..Yeah, I know that there is not way and easy to lose weight instantly but I can change my balanced diet so that after how many months, maybe and hoping that I am losing weight..That is my big problem until now..Even my shoulder..It is very big an I couldn't help it.. Do some cardio exercises. Running/walking at least 30 minutes can burn calorie if you have free time

Yes you can loose weight in a month, atleast you will start looking good in two months, all you need to do is 1. Jog for 15 minutes everyday. 2. Stay away from fat food. 3. In glass of warm water, add a spoon of honey and juice of one lime, and have it everyday. You will get the results for sure.

there is no quick easy way to loose weight,i've been overweight for 5 years due to medical reasons,the only thing that really works is a healthy diet,eat little and often,snack on fruit and exercise

Thats right doormouse. We should have to stick and trust to ourselves if we want to lose weight. We need an extra careful of foods we intake so that it never gain weight. Sometimes, I lose weight if I eat small amount of rice but then due to the yummy viand I always add rice. Maybe I should be taking care and watch the food I've eat. If you want to lose weight the healthy way then you have to be patient. Losing weight doesn't happen in just a few days. I know it's always been advised that regular exercise and healthy diet is the solution for losing weight. But you also need patience, perseverance and discipline in order to accomplish this. If you want you could watch your daily calorie intake so that you have an idea how much you should eat and how much you should burn in a day. Also drink lots of water, and much better replace those beverages you drink with water. It rehydrates you, keeps you full and contains no calories.

Thats a better idea lilmis. I should try this and I think you are right. We must be patient and follow the instructions and of course we have the limitations if I want to lose weight. Hi Careguarden, if you want to lose weight instantly you can step inside a big pan with oil which is really hot because this way you can improve your metabolism and burn a lot of fat- instantly!. Recent studies have shown that pork loses weight -instantly!- when it is fried. ^^ (moment of pause) Lets talk about how you can lose weight healthy and not instantly. Describe things about you, for example your height, weight and age and some of your healthy and unhealthy habits you have. Give more details about what you like to eat regularly and if you work/how many hours, if you workout etc. and I will tell you exactly what you have to do. :) Jago

As for me I don't recommend losing weight instantly because it's not healthy. If you plan to lose weight do it gradually and properly. Losing weight does not mean you have to skip meals. Eating should be in moderation along with a proper exercise. Take for example eating vegetables and fruits and minimizing red meat in your meals. A 30-minute brisk walking 3 to 4 times a week. I would also recommend to include in your diet honey and lemon. I had tried it and I lose weight.
