Writing or Making Blogs

I have read a lot about making or writing blogs. And mostly people would say it is another way to earn more other than here in mylot. I am not very excellent in english but I like to express myself ting. And of course, I would like to earn more. the problem is, I do not know where I could make a blog or how can I start making blogs? and what do I need to do to make my blogs generate income for me? Help me please.
