I feel tensed sometimes before the evaluation form would be handed out to me. I guess since most people prefer a good mark or a positive evaluation, he/she would really be disappointed if the evaluation would turn out to be negative. I think for people not to be disappointed, it would be better not to expect something much higher than your limits.
