How can I build more traffic to my site?

hey I need some piece of advice if this blog http://josephmariomedillo.blogspot.com/ have what it takes to build more traffic to my site? if I can continue writing these content or change to make it better? What say you?

Plan first what your site will be about so Search engines would know what your site will tackle. If you put articles to your site you could syndicate your articles to many top article directories, you could also social bookmark it and submit it rss feeds to rss aggregator sites.
