Upgrading Membership on Paidtoclick.in

I have used paidtoclick.in and learned that they do indeed pay. I was wondering if i should updrade to a silver membership for $1.50 for a year. it says i will get: $0.05 PTP CPM. I was wondering if anyone knew what CPM means. If it is how much you get per click, than it would be a good deal. Does anyone know?
