I envy pimple free faces. I often have pimple near my nose or on my chin. I clean my face everyday. I eat healthy foods. But I still have pimples. I met a lady she said that beside from my pimple my face and skin is perfect.
Any idea how to have a pimple free face?

I usually have one or two or more pimples popping out during my menstrual week, before and during around 8~9 days. Only during that time it comes out and irritate me. Other times, I wash using good facial wash and dry my face with medicated talcum powders. Areas affected is almost like you, near the nose, and around the chin. Worst part, I love picking it too.
I don't know if it is a bad method, but I do wait a little longer for it to be dried, and will then press it till the white sap comes out. After damaging the area, I will wash with facial wash and put some medicated cream to heal the wound. Sounds crazy, but I just can't help it. I just pray my skin won't have scars when I get older..now method still working ekekee ~

hehe. Picking on it lessens my irritation. But my husband is always watching me. He always remind me not to pick it. Today I put lots of tea tree oil from body shop and I looks smaller... it's healing.
Oh I remember, whenever I have my period I have break outs too. Hormone I think.

by the way try to control yourself because maybe when we got old we will pay for what we did with our skin. :0

I have known a beauty set that helped me achieve a white pimple free skin. It consists of a toner, clarifying lotion, exfoliating cream, rejuvenating cream and an age eraser cream/sunblock. I am doing great right now. Aside from that, I drink water with an anionic strip sunken into a pitchel or water jug. This is not a joke but a true testimonial because I know what it feels when you're bombarded by this kind of imperfections while seeing others in a normal condition.

I guess it means you have a very sensitive face. Try cleaning your face 3 times a day even if you didn't go out.

I'm really not an expert in this topic since I'm a guy, but I know that being prone to pimples could be hereditary. So you might consider your roots if they're prone to pimples. Anyway, I suggest you apply bioderm ointment. It was advised to me by my sister-in-law. You wouldn't get instant results of course, but with continued use, it worked great for me. Excuse me for my vanity.

Oh, but I really suggest you try it. You can apply some before going to sleep.

Thanks, but I do not like the smell of bioderm. It reminds me of my brother when he got allergies on his hand. He is allergic to money whenever he hold money for several minutes it will itch and have red spot.
I am the only one in the family who have this. HUHU. MY mom. and brothers have nice skin...
And being vain is good.

Not too often change your beauty products, more careful in choosing your beauty products because of the wrong product if your skin is sensitive your skin is easily affected by acne, and do not forget to clean your face, after you use talcum powder or other foundation.

Yaya, I admit talcum powder can actually cause different effects for different individuals..but as for me, medicated talcum powder do help dried up the oils on my face.

If your face is sensitive as much as possible used mild soft so that your skin will not be irritated.sleep early avoid eating oily foods and stick to only one facial products, sometimes when we are using to many face products our skin cannot cope up and that's make an irritation that causes skin problems.
