Hypermove Mode (DDR Hottest Party 3)

Back in may, I purchased Dance Dance Revolution: Hottest Party 3 for the Nintendo Wii. I've always been a DDR enthusiast; I love the music (mainly Tiara and Naoki) and I used to be an excellent player (A, Xepher, Challenge, best I could ever do). However, the hypermove mode seems a bit much. You have to move your arms while holding the Wii remote/nunchuck controllers while you dance. What are your thoughts on all this? I find it difficult.
