picture with you all! It's so adorable! This is my husband and Missy is on his back sleeping. Hubby came in from outside tired and laid across the floor like he always does, to take a 'cat nap' and Missy got on his back. lol Isn't this cute? Talk about loyalty! She is his shadow, where ever he goes, she goes. She's his dog through and through. She loves me too but she's his dog. The other two, Peanut and Lady are mine. They're with me everywhere I go. We didn't intend for it to happen this way, they choose to do what they do and we find it cute especially, when they do things like this. Enjoy the picture!
Do you ever have cute moments like this?

Oh, dogs are so cute when they sleep together. I think Missy thinks your husband is one of her canine friends that she sleeps like that on his back.
This only means she loves him enormous and she feels secure when sleeping near/with/on him.
My dog Binne sleeps like this sometimes, and she's not a little dog any more.
Look, this is one example of the way she sleeps on my head:

Yes Inu, I commented on the first one, I could tell it was when she was little. These are great pictures, I have some of Penny with my son, but I'd have to go find it on MySpace, where I haven't been in a while..lol

Oh yes, in dog packs, one is always the dominate one, the leader and so Missy sees my husband as her leader. She does with me too but still, she follows him everywhere he goes. She does feel secure being with him just like your Binne does with you. BTW, that's a precious picture of you and your Binne!

There's no cat piling up on any of us around here. Some can't stand the sight of another not alone be so close that they touch each other. Some are ok with others but some just aren't and won't have it. I wish they would but nope, ain't happening.

Hubby and I don't have any kids, we can't have them. That's ok, I figure our pictures will end up on some restaurant wall a hundred years after we're gone. Why? Because by then, so many generations will have passed on that nobody will know who the heck we are and sell/give our pictures away. Such is life, ya know? Now if our God kids start coming around again, they may want them but there again, generations pass on and the same ole happens. yadda yadda yadda.....

He warning my brothers or sister kidding to harm me physically.

Awwwww sounds like you have a real cutie pie too! My Chihuahua Peanut is the same way with me except he sleeps in the bed with me. If your dog is small or up in age, he may fear jumping off of your bed or is afraid you'll roll over on top of him. Who knows what his reasons are but knowing he loves you is all that really matters!

He's about 2 yrs. old and he is a native dog so he is in middle but big enough for me to carry him. He's cute most of the time but sometimes I despise him cause he hates his new siblings ( a new batch) and he sometimes attack this cute innocent month old puppies if they try to get near him.

Isn't it neat how animals bring so much joy into our lives? I can't imagine my life without them.... although not as many as I have now but they got here one way or another and they're here to stay. Besides, the all give me something to smile about.

I completely understand what you mean. It wouldn't be fair to a pet with their owner gone all the time. I'd love to do some traveling some day and will if even given the chance so enjoy it while you can because life is too short as it is.

That is very cute. My dog is quite the cuddler so we have lots of these moments, she usually cuddles up with my husband and I have some cute photos of that. Last night she wanted to cuddle with me though. As I was watching TV she was cuddling with me on the couch and then we went up to be she laid her head on my legs. She is a German Shephers so she is pretty good sized for a cuddler. But it is nice though.

Awww that's sweet! Animals are such a pleasure to have around aren't they? We have a German shepherd too, in fact we have a male and a half GS female and they're so sweet and very loving. They both push each other out of the way to get to us. lol We make sure they both get equal amount attention though so neither feel left out. Anyway, and we have three small ones too plus twelve cats. Its like an animal farm here. lol

finally we get to see it. yes, just today, son was laying on the couch and sometimes i think coco would rather be his dog. guess she kind of is since shes only dog left here, but shes like that, she loves hanging with him all the time. he laid on the couch today and she laid right up on his neck practicly. also, when he watches tv and tips back his lazy boy in recline position. she lays on the feet part and watches tv with him.

She does sound like she prefers him but if you were to sit down before your son, I bet she'd sit with you. Dogs tend to go with the first one who sits down first so to get the attention that they crave. I know our Missy loves USA both but she follows my husband a lot more than she does me. He's outside more than I am too so she goes out with him and in doing so, she Burns her energy off while out there with him.

That is a cute one alright! I love shots like that, they are so precious! I have so many of my young cat Hewy and I had a difficult time choosing one. This one was taking after little Hewy fell asleep apparently while reading the Reader’s Digest! I have a gallery of my little fur baby doing funny things!

This may sound strange, however, dogs go with the flow. Where ever they feel they r the most comfortable with, they tend to go that way. They go for walks, train , fed, petted, combed or anything. When they feel comfortable with a certain person in the household they tend to want to b around that person. This doesn't mean they don't like the other people.
My Big Boy on the left, wanted to b with me all the time, but, don't let anyone touch my wife, he would show you how big he really was. With kids he wold just usher them aside. He is gone now...
REMEMBER ALWAYS LUV/ TRAIN/ CARE FOR YOUR DOG/ PET, THEY WILL ALWAYS LUV U..

You are right about that, they do go with the flow however, they tend to go with the most active person of the day because they're so full of energy to burn and don't want to miss all the action that's going on.
Trust me, we do care for my furry friends. We have five dogs and twelve cats and love each and every one of them. Some are strays that adopted us and we them, some are rescues and some are pedigrees but fixed pedigrees. I have some from Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Virgina, Georgia, and where I live now in North Carolina.

I did a photo contest once and it was enough for me. Too much work to get people to vote for me day after day and I can understand that. Oh well, it's for us all to enjoy at our leisure but yeah, it was a nice idea.

What a cute picture! When our dog was just a puppy she used to sleep on my butt all the time. When I would turn over in my sleep she would jump on my husband's butt and go back and forth throughout the night. I used to laugh and said, this dog would go crazy if we never slept on our stomach. Now that she is bigger (however she is a small dog) she grew out of it and now sleeps in her very own big girl bed. LOL

LOL That is cute! Maybe butts have more cushion than the front does and that's what she wanted. lol Our three little ones still sleep with us in our king size bed. It gets a bit crowded at times but we manage somehow. Our oldest, Peanut is 12 years old now, he doesn't have many years left so we pretty much let him do what he wants. Once he's gone, not rushing it either but once he's gone I think we're going to get 'the girls' into a bed of their own so we don't feel like twisted old bones in the morning.... lol

It is very cute. We need more times like this. We have a picture of my son in the wheelchair feeding a baby calf with a bottle. He made us put it up on the wall.

I was watching something on tv and got up during a commercial and saw it. I know hubby didn't move or I would've saw him so I know Missy got up on his back on her own. I had to run and get the camera because it was a kodak moment. lol I'd love to see the picture of your son! That had to be a heck of a highlight of his life! That's good that you put it up on the wall because it makes him feel special knowing he got to do that.

Yes, we joke that although Tiger will allow others to feed him, etc. He always knows when I get up in the morning and am headed downstairs. He is always on me or by me when I am in the living room. I imagine the great affection that your pets have and share with you help you when things are stressful about your human family. Creamery is my sweetie that will crawl up in my lap and put a paw on each side of my neck, like he is giving me a furby hug. Both Tiger and Creamery want to be in our face, bumping our chins and otherwise just saying "I love you". Princess will reach out and grab your hand to make sure you do not forget to give her a pet.

Animals are really smart, aren't they? I'd love to know what goes on in their little minds. I really would. Especially when they're dreaming and their little bodies are twitching. Some of my cats like to lick my skin especially when I give them a back scratch or a body rub. Since having 12 now, I can't go into a lot of detail about them or I'll be here all night! But I'll say this, I had a cat who lived to be 16 years old, Bandit, he was such a lover boy! He was a long haired black and white cat and he did the same thing that Creamery does to you, give kitty hugs. My mom has a gorgeous male Siamese cat that's a lynx, and I mean absolutely gorgeous! Every night when mom goes to bed, she says that he gets up on the bed with her and licks her face, ears, neck, arms and anywhere else that he can reach and then when he's finished, he'll get down and go lay either in the rocker chair or in the pet bed for the rest of the night. He's never missed a night doing that and he's now 8 years old except, of course, when mom was in the hospital. He's both gorgeous and sweet to boot!

hi cats that is the picture of true love, and real trust too. like everyone says its really cute a nd it also gives me a warm feeling
too. I think dogs really do choose whom they want to give their real'
allegiance to.I wish I could afford the extra rent to have a cat or small dog here. I love both so much.

My 'cute moments' are more baby related than animal related at the moment.
My little granddaughter is 2 weeks old today and my daughter just sent me this VERY cute photo - you will notice despite there being a dummy next to her Olivia far prefers her fingers!!

Babies or animals, when it's a cute moment, it doesn't matter which it is. Your granddaughter is precious! Congrats to you dear! I love her name too. Always have since I first heard of it with Olivia Newton-John. You know, she just might be a thumb sucker when she's older.

Actually, hubby and I have 5 dogs and 12 cats. 2 big dogs and 3 little ones. They can be so loyal to the owner if they're treated right, with love and they'll give a lot of love right back. They don't ask for much, just a decent home, some food, water and a little bit of love and they'll give you a whole lot of love right back. Who can ask for more?
