How can you handle stress in you daily life.

Have you ever felt so lonely? and do not know what to do next? In our daiy life, we, sometimes, face some problems that can not handle them. Have you? OK, those problems will lead to our stress, do you agree with that? And then, if our stress can not be solved, it will be horrible happened in our life. Do you have something to share to handle the problems to not become a stress? Or do you have some tricks to handle the problems?

In my opinion stress is something which we can make disappear from our life. Stress can only destroy your life.In my life I have faced many familial problems and was stressed a lot. Do you exactly know when are stressing? well we cannot see it unless we heard from our own people. So handling stress is very difficult. One of a simple way can be stop worrying about anything, any problem.

There are a lot of ways to handle stress. Sometime I just relax my self or doing inhale and exhale. Smile as you can. and Prayer also is a big help.

We can not erase it in our daily life, 1st of all you need to be serious of your self, if your facing a lot of problem, you have to make a analysis on what the real problem is, what the start of everything, and the next step is to think of a solution for that, and be sure to make all the solution to be made, put a strong determination on your self, don't forget to pray all the problem you have ans ask to guide you on what decision you made, and the most important things is to put God in your daily life.

Sometimes indeed we have a very complicated issue that can make us stressed and did not know what to do next. But I believe every problem will have its own way out so we can deal with it. For me a very complicated problem though, it is a test to make us more mature. And I think to deal with a complicated problem, it takes patience, and we must take the positive side of it so we do not experience prolonged stress.

I can handle my stress in my daily life by bonding with my friends sometimes...And if i have a problem i share to them to make my mind relax..
