Though it sounds attractive, I guess I won't do it, at least not in these years. I need to go to my working place early and I don't think I have 30 minutes to walk in the morning before getting to work.
Besides, it's said by someone that it's not healthy to doing exercise in the early morning, because there is much carbon dioxide in the air. The air at that time is not fresh enough. Especially it's not good for elders. But I don't know wheter it's true.
Going out to enjoy the great nature is good to our health, that's sure. I recommend to do that.

Walking is a wonderful way to stay healthy and it's so easy. My sister had bad back paid, but when she started walking on a regular bases, the pain went away. Just think of how much money she saved by not running to a doctor. I wonder how much people's medical bills would be reduced if they did something so easy as walking.

Taking a walk each day can improve your health. This is a routine that is beneficial to our bodies. Being healthy is something we need to strive for. We only have one body. We need to take care of it the best ways that we can.

Thanks for reminding. Surely it helps a lot to stay energetic day long. I actually had that 'odd' habit to go for a morning walk in a nearby park each day during the winter season. But summer sucks a lot with hot and humid climate here! So, we usually can't sleep well even till late at night. So, summer spoils my habit. As we are heading towards the winter - I'll try to exercise my age old habit.

I do not get much time to walk in the mornings. Busy with the house work and then to office. So I make it a point to walk in the evenings. For atleast 20-30 minutes everyday except Sundays. Have just started this for last two - three days and hope I continue this always.

morning walk is the easiest sport. And will be more healthful, if done without the use of footwear because your feet will get a massage reflection

Thank you very much for the healthy reminder. And because of this, I will wake up early tomorrow morning to take a brisk walk while the sun rise. I was too engrossed with online earning, that I forgot to even take a short brisk walking... Thanks for the reminder!

Yes, I think you are right. The most important thing about working out is not what you do, but that it is done on a regular basis. And in your example, it really becomes a habit, which is great. So I think this works!

30 minutes walk every morning sure is beneficial to us. Anyway, too many people are too lazy to wake up early to go for a walk. I remember that when i was small, my whole family usually will have morning walk each day before going to school/work. That was a great moments to remember and sure feel more healthy then. Nowadays, we have to work quite late and sleep late. Therefore it is not easy to wake up 30 minutes earlier for a morning walk for many of us. Anyway, i do like the idea of it. Hopefully i can practice it soon :D

that's one thing i don't do in the morning. I'm not a morning person... :(
i usually take a walk in the afternoon, when the sun is about to set so it's not too hot. :)

Surely, regular exercise and walking is a must for all of us. However, our lifestyles and job schedules prevent us from doing so. We can however, take out time on Saturdays and Sundays at least.
