need to keep good health......need some help

Now i need to do something to keep my health good... next week am going to join in police for training... All are saying that it is very hard to do training there.. so i need to give more attentions to keep good health.... for that i have to control my food habits... i know it is very hard to do such things... but i have to do that otherwise i will feel more difficult in my training period... So here am inviting your comments to have good health ...

Hi Sinaj! Good luck on your training. To stay healthy you need to eat a balanced nutritious food, more fruits and veggies, exercise, drink your vitamins, drink plenty of water and always have a good night sleep.

You will need to really watch the things you are eating (and not eating). Keeping in shape can be hard to do. running is a great cardio activity. I am afraid you do not have too long to "get in shape" but you can stay in shape. You just have to push yourself as hard as you can without hurting yourself!

Eat 6 times a day on small portions...

Do some cardio training. Hit the gym maybe thrice a week. Even if you just leave the weight training behind. Catch up on cardio.

All health conscious people says eat healthy food which gives you energy as well as they wont increase the weight which includes more fiber food, eat ragi which is very healthy with other fiber grains add dry fruits in your breakfast as they always have good fat and makes strong.
