We are living in the edge were cards are widely used for shopping be it a credit card or debit card. I just thought if anyone here had their worst credit card or debit card experience. As for me, I have been using credit card and debit card, gladly I don’t have a nightmare yet using them. Although it is very tempting to use it for shopping even when you are out of funds, I still manage to resist it to avoid tons of debts.

To me, credit card works like cash.
Of course I know the banks are offering your credits that you don't have to have the cash in your bank account to make the purchases. But that's not how I view it. I treat it as a way to draw money from my bank account which I have to manually settle it when the financial statement comes. What this implies is that I won't use the card if I don't have that amount of money in my savings. For example, I don't buy an item costing $1000 if I don't have at least $1000 in my savings. I track it so I don't overspend and thus I could settle and clear the debt every single month.
So, let me just repeat it again: credit card works like cash for me.

I haven't had any debit or credit card. I don't wanna get my hands on those cuz i know i'll be spending way more than what i need. I've been dreaming of upgrading my laptop and i'm afraid i might spend a lot of money there using debit card.

I actually don't use credit cards because I have this feeling that I might be victimized by credit card frauds. And also if ever I get one I don't think I'll use it for online shopping.
