Dark flat scars near my elbow

hey guys! i have this a bit big scar which is flat and pigmented, actually it looks like a map when look at it. I obtained it during childhood on a bicycle accident, so yes it is a very old scar. i wonder what are the possible products that i can use to get rid of it(im looking for effective and not too pricey products) TIA =)
