chocolate is ok for your health as long as you don't eat loads of it,most things are ok as long you don't eat them to the excess

Everything in excess is bad, so always eat in moderation. I love dark chocolates. The bitter the chocolate the more I love it. I keep plenty of those in my headboard. Whenever I feel like eating a eat a bite size amount and if I want more I just smell the chocolate. That controls me form over indulging...

From what I've researched, I do know that DARK chocolate definitely has health benefits, for instance it is rich in antioxidants and can help reduce the risk of heart disease. However, in chocolate bar form, yes it is very high in calories so it should only be consumed in small quantities per day. No more than 100 calories worth.
Don't go for the milk or white chocolate versions as the milk will neutralize the health benefits since milk blocks nutrient absorption and renders antioxidants useless.
Additionally, another reason not to eat too much of it is because of its lead content. Yes, the manufacturing processes that produce chocolate bars can be contaminated, since in parts of the world where the cocoa beans are grown, transportation still uses lead-based fuels, and the lead is absorbed into the shells. So it isn't a good idea to be giving chocolate to your children.
If you can, try to grow your own cocoa tree, and eat the cocoa beans itself, preferably roasted and made into a drink, or add in a bowl of oatmeal :-)

Dark chocolate is good for health. But I can't find it in the shop or supermarket. All chocolate products here are including of milk.

If you're having some trouble getting hold of dark chocolate in the supermarket, you might want to try to look for 100% pure cocoa powder, it has no sugar, no salt, no milk, just powdered, roasted cocoa beans. I usually have it for breakfast with my oatmeal, and grapes (grapes first, then put the cocoa powder, then the oatmeal, plus warm water, I don't cook the oatmeal). Also can have other fruits like a banana, apple, etc (and even dark honey with apple cider vinegar, hehe). Delicious.
To add, the cocoa powder has less calories than normal chocolate bars, waaay less. 1 table spoon is about 12 calories, while a chocolate bar of the same amount would probably be around 60-100 calories.

Chocolate is good for you, but only in small amounts, and the darker it is, the better it is. It has natural health-promoting substances called flavonoids, which is good for heart disease and cancer. Plus it has anti-oxidants..:)

I have to agree with this. Dark Chocolate are the best kinds of chocolates since they have lesser sugar on it. Unlike milk chocolate which is fattening and full of processed milk and sugar.

Like you told us; don't eat chocolate much. It will make us fat.
But chocolate is indeed good for health, and to me, it works well especially when I've got influenza or catch cold.

Both is very true, chocolate contains alot of energy so if we eat to much it is easy to gain extra weight. White is the worst, then Milk and the Dark/Pure (Why is it when White and Milk are the most unhealthy that they are the ones I like the best)
Then chocolate also contains some things which actually stimulates the womans lust for men and so forth...

I LOVE DARK CHOCOLATE.
It is delicious, good for you, and makes me feels incredible.
I avoid eating it very often however because of the caffeine.
Dark chocolate can really jack me up and make me feel good
but it's just another addiction.
I'm trying to avoid anything with caffiene on a regular basis
most days limiting myself to 1 cup of green tea if any at all.
Yes sweets can make you fat
big surprise right?
I don't think the chocolate itself is to blame though.
I think that the type of person who gets hooked on chocolate
also has other weaknesses and bad habits that are causing obesity.
Most people struggle with moderation.
If you eat a lot of chocolate you probably eat a lot of other sweets
and pretty much give in to whatever your id desires.
