Tom and Jerry Classics

Me too! I used to always remember the Tom and Jerry show. Now that it's my nephew's favorite show, I get to watch it with him. I kind of appreciate the show more now that I'm an adult because the humor of the show, except for the bashing and clobbering, are for adults. They have a lot of implications and hidden humor and when you're a kid, you would just ignore them and focus on the funny action and antics of the cat and mouse chases. It's now our daily routine to watch Tom and Jerry show and Tom and Jerry tales in cartoon network before he goes to school.

I loved Tom and Jerry too! I actually bought a dvd that is full of episodes of Tom and Jerry for my kids to watch. Now they love Tom and Jerry too! It's neat for me to share that with them and have them like it too. It is definitely one of the good cartoons that lasts through generations. I've gotten a lot of the disney movies we used to watch also and now my kids watch them.

Tom and Jerry was one of my favorite cartoons. Same thing with roadrunner and bugs bunny. I loved those cartoons and the classical music playing in the background was key to the chase. Cartoons now dont have that. I tried to get my son to watch the classic cartoons but he didn't like that tom and jerry didn't talk. He loved Wiley Coyote and the roadrunner though. Its funny to see him root the coyote on all the while knowing he'll never get the roadrunner
