major changes

if you boyfriend/ girlfriend asked you to do some major changes in what concernes you apperance ( like surgery for example), would you do that?

No, I wouldn't consider surgery to change my appearance for my bf/gf. I would be hurt and we would no longer be a couple. I would wonder how long they had been thining about me under going surgery and why. Am I not attractive the way that I am. What is it that surgery will accomplish? And what else about me would they like to change? It would be hard to get past a bf/gf asking me to do such a thing I'd be crushed but I do believe that there is someone out there for everyone. Someone who will love you just the way you are no surgery necessary.

mrsquito...you said it beautiful...I wouldn't do it either. I asked this because the other day I saw a girl that had so many plastic surgery that she got to look as a barbie doll, and that's beacuse her boyfriend asked her to do that.
but what if let's say...hmm he/ she told you that you started to gain some weight, or that he/she doesn;t like the way you dress...would you change those things for him/her?

I'd consider changing the way I dress. Only because I'm a jeans and t-shirt type and I think it would be a nice change to add variety to my wardrobe. But,if I'm comfortable with my weight and its not an issue to me then I wouldn't start a weight loss program for them. I think the way you look including your weight is something that you have to want to change because you want to do it not because someone you care about asked you to.

I saw this story on about a girl who did about the same thing but in the one I saw she lost a ton of weight and then let her boyfriend decide what she should look like afterward. She got a bunch of plastic surgery to be the perfect girl for him and then he left her because of finacial troubles. She didn't like the changes and said that she didn't feel like herself. Its pretty sad if you ask me.
