I just thought of this awhile ago and then remebered it this morning. What do ya think about theGovermnment sending a trillions dollars to SS to put it back on its feet? I mean heck they borrowed it al at one time or anothre so intrest alone should add up to that. What ya think people on SS ya think we need a bailout ?

ok, I'll bite ! this is a joke right? LOL really tho, that would help so many people to know their SS was ok. I don't the government should have ever borrowed out of SS to begin with. YOu bet we need a bail out ! you go Lakota !!

I am very upset about it as this makes almost 3 years now! like I said SS needs a bail out and would do more for us than all the other bailouts that were made!

I do think that well where would the money come from. There is talk about bankrupting the grandchildren and if the money came from China, well China is a Communist Country and there is also human rights like the murdering of unborn if the parents want more then one child, the torture of dissenters to the government, persecution of Christians who do not belong to the official churches, etc. Maybe the senate and congress members should take a pay cut and be more careful in their budget. The money is there somewhere. They are just being wasteful.

We need something, there are so many people that depend on SS for everything. If they don't do anything about it, there will be so many people that will be homeless and poor, what are we supposed to do? I don't think the government much cares about what happens to us, as long as they get their paychecks.

I dont think they care either but they borrowed it years and years ago and never paid backso I bet withtthe intrest that it would accumilate thru those years we could live along time our SS that e worked for all our lives and cut out the ones that just got here that havent workd all those year!

Well, the banks can get bailouts why can't we? Interest would be fun to look at wouldn't it? I just wonder how many zeros that would have after it. Interesting.

I certainly think that would be a better bailout than the ones we have been having. The people who have paid into Social Security are deserving of a more stable fund to draw from.

I don't think they should have ever been allowed to borrow from s/s to start with. That money isn't their money . It's money we paid in all the years we all worked to have something when we couldn't work anymore. I think whoever come up w/the idea of using money that didn't belong to them should be put under the jail.
