If you were a college student and athlete would you leave college to become a professoinal athlete if you were given the opportunity. The team wants you now. Do you leave your studies behind and go?

well i think there's a lot of things to consider since that is a big decision to make but for me i think i will continue my study first. I think it would better to finish my studies so i can have more choices of what to do with my life/future. TO be a professional athlete is a long time commitment and if i will not be successful in the future, it's a big waste of time. I think to finish a degree in college is much better before you become an athlete at least you don't have nothing to lose.
But the best i think is to have it both, if i will be permitted to study while becoming a professional athlete, i would go for it!

Yes, I would go. Your mind stays sharp long after your body is no longer at its peak, and you can always go back to school later.

Yes! Strike while the iron is hot. I know education is very important but with that opportunity you can earn and save money for your education. You can study later when being an athlete wears you down. I have watched several interviews in which they pursue first their career then afterwards finished their study.
