Doctors suggest that a good sleep should be around 7-9 hours per night which is enough to keep you healthy and active but when you have so much work to do you just can't rest. I just can't remember when was the last time I woke in my warm and soft and silky bed relaxed without having to wake up furious and run away from my home. How about you ? Do you get enough rest and wake up relaxed in the morning?

I always maintain a sleep of about 7 hours from 11 PM to 6 AM the next day. The sleep is sound & I always try to follow it strictly. That keeps me in a good healt with a cheerful mind.

Well, recently I've had a good sleep every day. I'm on a seven-day vacation.
Having a good sleep is important to my daylife and health. We are recommended to have a long enough sleep, but, you see, not every one can make it.
I don't always get enough rest and wake up relaxed in the morning, sometimes I'm still sleep. But, I have had a time to sleep. That's enough. I don't have 24 hours at working.

I don't sleep much because I have lots of things to do. I go to sleep very late at night and wake up late in the morning. Sometimes, I would wake up more than nine hours... wa ha ha ha (^_^) ...especially if I have a nice dream.
