Sneezeing in the morning

I wake up today with not-to-good condition. Running nose is disturbing me and what's disturbing me the most is my sneezing. I snotted and snoze a lot this morning, which I couldn't bare to move from my bed. I've been experiencing this since high school, and every morning sneezing comes around. I think that the allergy is causing this, but I still couldn't find out where is the source of my allergy. I once thought about the dust that's making me allergy Anyone have other opinions ??? or curing allergy ??

I have had sneezing issues for a number of years. I have always sneezed in multiples of 7 or 9. Generally I sneeze every day when I get to work and then periodically throughout the day. My sneezing record is 21 sneezes in a row. I generally have the tiny kitty-type sneezes. I know I am getting sick when I let out with a big hearty sneeze!

Actually, right now I have a sinus infection and can't stop sneezing and sniffling. When I was a baby, my grandmother used to blame it on blanket fuzz when I would start sneezing. My mom thought she was ridiculous!

You should see the doctor, you know. sinus is quite dangerous because the snot will come to your brain (from what I heard). My mom used to have sinus problems and I watched her nose reddening and snoze a lot. your grandmother might be true, you know. If your bed isn't cleaned properly, you might find out many mites. That could be the source of your sneezing problem.

I'm having this problem too. I sneeze, have a runny nose, and keep blowing my nose every morning, sometimes I would wake up in the middle of the night because of my nose problem. I tried to turn the fan off while sleeping but it still the same. But this problem only started few months ago so I know there must be something wrong around. I'm guessing it could be my ceiling fan dusty you know, but it is too high that I can't do it myself. I tried contacting the landlord to come and clean it, but she said she gets someone to do, but until now, nobody came yet so I'm a bit disappointed with her. This problem is really disturbing me because it will keeps going until I get to work, and I have to spend half of my day at work dealing with my rubbish nose :(

Mostly maybe because of the bed. Mites are often causing sneezes. If your landlord is too busy to take care your business, the try to clean it yourself. If you still sneeze, maybe the allergy that's taking part.

I get that problem too some times. I keep Vapex and Vicks inhalents all the time. Inhaling them stops the sneezing, and also clears the stuffy nose conditions. Are those available where you are ? You might want to try those.

I do, too! That's especially if I am going to catch cold. My father is having allergy, so he will sneeze almost every morning. Have you gone to the doctor and asked? Perhaps you are allergic to cold weather as well.

I don't go to the doctor, as the sneezing isn't affecting my body too much (just happen in the morning). Yeah, I once also think about the cold weather, but I think cold weather doesn't affect me, because I'm sneezing all the time hehehe

I do sneeze in the morning too but they just disappear during the day..I just keep drinking tons of water. you should consult a doctor about your situation so from there you will know what to do.

I'm at the same boat as you're. the sneezing go off in the afternoon. Lately, I've been sneezing at night too, but in a period of approximately 9-10 sneezes. I'm feeling well this time.

hello namdaenum! what you are experiencing is close that you will have a colds. it also happens to me every morning, and i guess its just normal everymorning to have a morning colds. but to woke up, with a runny nose it probably caused by the dust in your room. its an allergic rhinitis, and its curable now taking medicine which has an anti histamine. if its still unbareable, i suggest that you should seek your doctor who specialized in Nose, lungs and throat. if you have hard time to go to your doctor, you can have a water therapy in your home. i do this when its feel like im having a sinusitis, and it cures me. or take hot bath, take enough rest and drink lots of water. i hope this could greatly help you. :)

My parents told me if I'm sneezing a lot, I have to prepare a hot liquid (water or tea or anything drinkable). I breath the aroma and the heat of the liquid and it helps me quite a lot. Taking a hot bath will do it, I suppose. THX for the advice

Hi. namdaemun. It sounds like you have some bad allergies. Maybe your doctor can prescribe you some medication for your sneezing. I was sneezing this morning a lot. I did not feel like I was catching a cold or anything though. I hope that you will feel so much more better really soon.

i have rhinitis allergy too. i don't think it can be cured. but it can be managed. i think it's a lifetime of managing the illness and taking anti histamines for relief. just take the precautions to avoid attacks. it's all common sense, like keeping the house clean, staying away from things that trigger the allergy (called allergens) ... and basically just follow your doctor's instructions.

Hello namdaemum, It is difficult to say what you are suffering from. You should see your doctor if you can. However, you could check your environment. Do you sleep on feather pillows? Do you own dogs or cats? What about the soaps and hair products that you use. Also, the foods that you eat. Well, I hope that you feel better soon.

Add 2 tablets of ranvol to hot water and inhale covered. Helps me most of the time, especially early in the morning when I start sneezing.
