Appetite Suppresant, anyone?

Since I am cointinously gaining weight for years now, I am now desperately to shed some extra fats as soon as possible. I gained weight since I got married and got pregnant twice. Since now me and my husband decided to have only two children, it's high time for me to get back to my old shape again.
The big problem really is my appetite. I LOVE to eat and eat and I always take full meal every meal time. So that means I am having full servings 3 times a day. It is okay if I am young enough to digest all that I can take in no time. But my metabolism gets slower as I got old so I also have to watch my diet.
Now, I am taking an appetite suppressant that I have to take in 30minutes before meal. I am usually apprehensive about this since I am afraid on whatever it will cause my body (it's side effects). But I consider taking this one since it is all herbal and no chemicals added. I'll try it for a month and see what happens next.
Hopefully I get the result that I want :)

I use a high protein, High fiber cookie that I get from my MLM as an appetite suppressant, and what is really good, is it has 30% of a lot of the required vitamins and minerals...plus all natural really good for you.
You do what you got to do, but remember, everything goes together, a little bit each day, proper diet, exercise, lots of water (minimum 2L per day) the slight edge, easy to do, easy not to do stuff. The suppressant may help, but remember to keep your diet healthy too, lots of fiber, lots of protein. The proper vitamins and minerals, and don't fuss about the calories, you can always run an extra mile.
Sincerely and With Appreciation.

Hi CJ, I got this suppresant also on the MLM I joined few weeks back. I tried it today and it does work. There's a component on the product that turns into jelly when it reaches the tummy hence, you will feel full and it will send signal to the brain that you are indeed full. So I tend to eat only a little and not that full servings I had for day. I've just eaten a bread for lunch and 5hrs later, I am still feeling okay. Isn't it good? I am trying to balance it out by eating fruits in between and drinking milk in the morning. I am also taking one more supplement that contains 16,000 phytonutrients plus 12 fruits and 12 vegies all in one capsule. They are using nano technology thus, it will penetrate unto cellular level in no time.
This weekend, I will start to do walking exercise of at least 30mins for a start. Of course it will improve in time but I am just taking it little step at a time.

Awesome, and I am glad that this provides a good service for you, just be mindful. Some of those products aren't as good for you as we would like. I am not saying yours isn't, just that some are.
I am sure yours is great.
