Just to make it clear, I'm not selling here! I am just a simple woman with a problem on my tummy after giving birth. I don't think I am fat either but its the bulges that worries me. And so a friend recommended this slimming coffee, since I do drink a cup of coffee morning, so she said might as well give it a try. Drink a cup of coffee before breakfast, then forget about it the whole day. I am hesitant though, even if it says no side effects, but still I am not 100% sure yet. How about you, would you also consider taking a slimming coffee, if given the chance? Whats your take on this one? Thanks for sharing, mylotters! Have a good day!

Do not simply consume diet product. A model in Singapore consumed diet product. She was almost killed because those diet products damaged her two kidneys. Luckily, her boy friend, an actor in Singapore was willing to donate one of her kidney to her. Finally she was saved. Some diet products will make you loosing water from your body. It drys your body. Then you think you are losing weight. It is really risky to your health.

For the best, naturals and healthy results, just taking the exercises especially for bulge, drinking diet pills, coffee, tea or any supplement has an effect, and it won't help unless you are doing an exercise, they are just some supplement to help your workout more better

hello anetteh! indeed green tea is more natural and beneficial in losing weight however the process would be too slow and i think that would take time before you see the effect. this slimming coffee is getting popular now in the company where I work and the effect is that you sweat heavily, as your metabolism is faster. you drink once only in the morning, with breakfast. its an appetite suppressant.

Think really, really hard before you consume that. Read the labels, search everywhere, ask around. There would always be donwside on those slimming products. The best you can do is really exercise, and diet, and there is no short-cut. Slimming down requires dedication, hardwork, determination and all other things. This may sound beneficial at the onset, but long term, there are hidden chemicals there that you are allowing to enter your body and you will never know what's next. Re-consider and give it a serious thought a hundred times.!

As a guy, I don't think I would try it just because I would be scared that it might cause some digestion problems (embarrassing). I love coffee though. Seriously, there may not be any one on the planet who consumes as much coffee on a daily basis as I do! Recent studies have hinted that coffee may not be so good for you, but I can prove otherwise as I am in fairly decent health even though I consume a lot of it. I can't even imagine a world in which I was deprived of coffee. It would be so sad that I doubt I could make it out of bed each day. Scary thought! Okay, I guess you get the idea about my love affair with the caffeinated bean!

I'm not a big fan of slimming products, especially the ones with no side effects. But I would try it. That's the only way to know is this really working. The slimming coffee that is selling on Bulgarian market doesn't have any coffee in it at all. I love drinking coffee and it's important for me to drink good coffee in the mornings. That's the reason I havent tried yet this product.

Ysabel, I have to say that slimming coffee does sound appealing but I just want to throw a caution to the wind here. Over the years, there has been a surmountable amount of health slimming products and I just wonder if they had been tested sufficiently for them to be certified as safe especially those that are supposed to be ingested. I do not want to sound frightening but in view of the past product failures I am sure you are aware that the consequences have been much graver than the previous where it is basically due to the chemical enhanced ingredients per dosage. And, I do not blame them since these companies are trying to find the fastest way to achieve the desirable results. However, these results can work towards the other way which we may know can be drastic and consequential. So, I would advocate a wait and see attitude here and really look towards a wholesome technique which involves a balance diet and adequate appropriate form of physical exercises. Also, if I really have to give it a try, I would bring this to my family doctor for advise and have it on a moderate trial. Take care and have a nice day.

Well, now that 12 months have passed by have you tried this slimming coffee and if so, did it work for you? I looked at your picture but couldn't read enough of it to give my opinion. I can tell you I drink a tea that is for detoxing, I buy it monthly on the internet, and it works great. It is supposed to help for loosing weight but I don't need to loose any so I don't know if it helps for that or not, but I can tell you it helps to clean all the toxins out of my system. I drink about 4 ounces every night before I go to bed and I am able to go to the washroom in the morning and I go lots because it cleans out my bowels and liver and kidneys and everything. It even takes out smoke and nicotine out of my liver. I have irratible bowel syndrom which is bouts of diariah and constipation. I sometimes wouldn't go to the bathroom for a week at a time and the I would go continuously for a few days, non stop, 10 times a day. Now I drink this tea, for just over a year now, and I don't have those problems anymore. I go to the bathroom regularly like clock work, every morning. And I don't have experience all the pain assoiciated with the IBS anymore. So I might try the coffee if I were you but I would ask my doctor first. I would take as much information as you can with you so your doctor can give you more informed decisions on his part. The picture you show us wouldn't give him enough information, sorry. Cheers my friend and happy mylotting, Chris

Hi. Ysabel. I would like to try it because I would like to lose some belly fat. This is from having my kids as well. I would rather hear from a medical professional first before I submit to drinking this slimming coffee. I have drunk slimming tea many times before and it did not give me any negative side effects either.

Well, being a woman that has struggled with my weight for the majority of my life, I know that it sounds tempting, but I don't think that I would invest in it because I've also come to be a woman that has learned that there is no miracle pill to losing weight. I've lost a bit of weight in the last year and a half, but that was through a lot of hard work and also some dietary changes. If you are able to work some exercise into your life, it will go a long way toward making a difference for you.

Yes, I have actually already tried it, a few years ago. It really worked for me, but I had to go to the bathroom A LOT, that was the only down side. But it is a pretty cool and fast way to lose weight!

My sister is drinking slimming coffee right now and it's effective on her. She said she is losing her appetite and that's the effect of taking slimming coffee. I want to try it also but I'm also hesitant because it is written in chinese and I don't know if it's really no side effect.

Hi, We have the same case,I got belly fat after I gave birth. The bulges are very obvious because I am not fat. I tried jogging and walking in the park, I even avoided cold drinks and soda but bulges are still there.I refused to drink any pills to lose weight or appetite because I am afraid of the side effects. But I guess I would try coffee, its perfect to keep you awake and active the whole day, and I believe its good for digestion.

I will never take the chance.. haha =D There are bound to be side effects when it comes to taking of anything for slimming purpose.. haha =D THose side effects muight be negliable for others but it can be fatal for some other instead. If u really wanna lose some of your tummy fats, go thru the right way of eating and exercising.. hehe ^_^ These are the two proven effective ways. IF that two methods failed u, u can forget about the slimming coffee too.. haha

Coffee would definately help you loose weight but not in a healthy way. It dehydrates you so you loose all your water. You carry about 5 lbs in water weight with you. However your body needs fluids to survive... so you could get sick. I would definately not recommend it. The only way to truely loose and keep weight off is to change your lifestyle. Start with simple things. Like 10 crunches a day... or parking farther away from the store so you have to walk. Or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

This is the first I've heard of it..usually slimming teas are all the rage...I have issues with my stomach too-I think every woman that's given birth probably does.. I've done a lot of research on the topic..and green tea is supposed to be the best. I guess I'd try that coffee-wonder what it tastes like now LOL

You can give it a try but before that make sure there is no side effects. I am a man and will not lead to same situation however will not go with any ready solution about reducing fat or lossing weight. It should be a balanced diet instead of get ready made solution.

I would be EXTREMELY HESITANT to try it! Coffee, just by itself, is a stimulant and black coffee is a calorie free way to boost your metabolism and your alertness. Slimming coffee makes me wonder what is in it so that it is considered 'Slimming Coffee' and not just regular coffee. My advice is just the good old fashioned advice: eat well and EXERCISE. Walking is GREAT for the stomach area. Look up exercises to do online. But I would stay away from anything else.

I think there might be some truth about coffee helping you get slimmer. There have been studies indicating that 2 cups of coffee a day can help speed up your metabolism which can help you burn more calories. And that's just the regular kind. The only thing that I might be concerned about would be the additives that they may have put in the coffee in order to be more effective in helping you lose weight. It might have side effects like palpitations and such.
