I remember when I was a kid, I used to run because that was my favourite sport. I used to compete in my school and became one of the representatives for athletic competitions. Yes, I won some of those, some I don't. Running is my passion during those days. When I got my chance to work, it all stopped there, because my life then became so busy that even jogging I can't do. Especially now that I have my own family. Going back to my old hobby is quite difficult to do. Luckily, there is one organization in our office organizing a run within the vicinity every Wednesday, and I am doing it for months now. Today is another Wednesday, I am again so excited to run and hopefully the weather will be good today not to spoil the fun.

Good thing for you, you should enjoy it today. I couldn't enjoy running as I used to be anymore. Well, being kids, there's no such thing as fatigue. Not anymore. I probably start a hundred meter, and feel like dying later on. It's not that I am fat or anything, but I am not used to that sport. I can walk, but running will kill me (literally) But I guess everyone is different. Walking is also an exercise.

Yes, you're right prinzcy! I am enjoying it now. Each of us are very unique and we should enjoy what we think we can do with ourselves. If walking suits you, that's good to hear. Enjoy it, it's really fun.
