Being in the legal age it is normal to go hang with friends and meet someone, going home late, and so on. That's enjoying life right? But is it right not to ask permission to our parents even if we are living far from them?Do we need to have their permission all the time we hang out? Just want to know :)

Unless I live at home with my mom, I don't ask her permission to go out. And even when I live at home, it's more like I tell her what I'll be doing that night rather than ask her. I'm 20. As soon as I turned 18, my mom never put a curfew on me or anything and even when I was in my earlier teens my mother was very relaxed and I didn't have very strict rules. So, I always make sure to tell her where I'm going but I don't ask...
UNLESS we already have plans and I have to cancel because of something or if I am wanting to have someone spend the night. Then I ask because that's her time and her house.
