Please help me in my problem. I could not be able to format my local disk drive C. I installed my OS in local drive D. However, my problem is I could not be able to format the local drive for C.

there are two reasons for not formatting the local drive: when it is in use when you are having virus apart form this there is other reason for not formatting is that your boot file as been written in c:. if this is the case then you can't do any thing to format it.
